A native of Detroit, Tiffany ‘DJ Mary Jane’ started her quest as a DJ in 2007 and made a name for herself after moving to Indianapolis in 2016. DJ Mary Jane’s love of music and appreciation of sounds are categorized as House Music. R&B and HipHop date back to age seven when she connected her passion with momentous house music, R&B, and hip-hop records. As a child, she was inspired by radio DJs and the late-night slow grooves.
 
In 2012, DJ Mary Jane won an award through Affirmations, a non-profit organization in Detroit that supports the LGBTQ community. DJ Mary Jane received the 2020 ‘Breakout DJ’ award from the Midwest Leak Awards.
With more than 10 years of DJ experience, DJ Mary Jane has donated services to various community events and Black Businesses in Indianapolis, Kokomo, Detroit, and other surrounding cities. DJ Mary Jane provides ongoing support for the following Black business in Indianapolis: Indy Juneteenth, The Missing Brick, Epic Ultra Lounge, Taste Indy and Don’t Sleep. DJ Mary Jane worked with Wayne State University for their St. Jude’s Cancer Fundraiser and Detroit Pride and for 3.5 years, was the DJ for the Open ‘Bite’ Night series. 
 
She has provided dope beats to Future, Trina, Brandy, Lisa Raye, Lil Kim, and more. DJ Mary Jane is known as ‘The Peoples DJ’ for her support and donations to the urban community by donating her services through many outreach programs for adults and children. Her old-school vibe sets the tone for birthday parties, family cookouts, office parties, wedding/wedding receptions, and more. She has a unique and spiritual ability to connect with everyone, everywhere. She is ‘The People’s DJ’.
