Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: By Client: If canceled 180-45 days before the event, 50% of the balance is due. If canceled 45 days-24 hours before, the full balance is due. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of death or hospitalization of the client, their child, or spouse/partner. By DJ: DJ must provide a suitable replacement (subject to client approval) or issue a full refund, including the deposit. Inclement Weather/COVID-19: If canceled due to weather or state COVID-19 restrictions, payment terms still apply. A credit may be issued if a new date is selected within 30 business days and held within 120 days. Late Payments: A $35 daily fee applies until full payment is received. DJ Requirements: Special requests and event outlines are due 14 days before the event. Outdoor events must provide a tent or covered space. Elevator/ramp access is required if stairs are present. Multiple setup locations will incur a $150 fee. DJ must have access to food and drinks during the event. Liability: The venue is responsible for any injuries DJ sustains on-site. The client is liable for any damage to DJ’s equipment, including electrical surges, spills, or negligence. Dispute Resolution: Parties must first attempt mediation. If legal action follows, the winning party is entitled to legal fees. Agreement Terms: This is a binding agreement. Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
